For the 2012 Boys AAU season we decided to look at the final AAU Power rankings to determine the States that had the most Top 25 ranked teams.  This article will cover the Grade School age groups which are 3rd through 6th grade.  We will also publish the same information for Junior High (7th & 8th grade), and High School (9th-11th grade).

For the 2012 National Championships for the Grade School division there were 24 states that had teams ranked in the Top 25 for grade school (3rd-6th grade) age groups in Division I, and 1 international team.  The Top 5 States for 2012 are as follows:
